Last updated: 24 October 2026. These terms cover Elemental XYZ Assistance and the Elemental XYZ bot/website features. Elemental XYZ operates the service; it is not Discord or Roblox.
In plain English
Use accounts you control, use the correct Discord account when signing in, follow the rules of the feature/server, and do not misuse other people's data. Verification can update your access, roles and nickname. If something fails or an automated decision looks wrong, ask staff through the ticket system. Deleting data is a separate process from unlinking or appealing a ban.
1. Eligibility and platform rules
You must meet Discord's and Roblox's account and minimum-age requirements and any applicable higher local minimum. Follow applicable law, platform terms and the participating community's rules. These terms do not override Discord's/Roblox's rules or remove rights provided by law.
2. Account ownership and verification
Only link accounts you control. Discord authorization comes first, followed by Roblox authorization. Check which Discord and Roblox accounts the official sign-in pages show. Opening a verification link from one Discord account does not sign your browser out of a different one. Do not forward verification links or share login/authorization codes, passwords, tokens or session cookies.
Your initial/main verified Roblox account must be your main account, not an alternate account used to disguise it or avoid restrictions. Supported tools may let you add known alternate accounts after your main is verified. An additional account does not automatically replace your main.
Using verification authorizes the configured verification-related role/nickname/access updates in participating servers where you are a member. Status can synchronize across those servers. Unlinking, loss of eligibility or a verification restriction can remove managed access/roles and reset managed nicknames. Ownership checks depend on permitted Roblox data; missing/private data or unavailable APIs do not guarantee that a gamepass/reward role can be granted immediately.
3. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another account owner, bypass restrictions, spam requests, knowingly submit false reports/evidence, exploit bugs, expose credentials/private data, harass people, interfere with the service, or use it for illegal activity. Report security bugs privately and do not demonstrate them by harming other users. Staff tools are for authorized community duties, not unrelated tracking or disclosure of people's information.
4. Messages, support and community features
Send only information you are entitled to share. Tickets may be visible to authorized support staff and retained in transcripts. Relevant message edits/deletions may be logged where enabled. Global-chat messages can be relayed to other participating servers. Public posts/profiles and leaderboards have the audience of the feature where they appear.
Tickets, suggestions and bug reports do not guarantee a particular response time, acceptance, game update or outcome. Automatic failure tickets may be created when verification is incomplete. Threads/tickets may be closed under their configured rules, including when their creator leaves. Creator-only buttons must be used by the creator; attempts by other users may be recorded.
5. Moderation, restrictions and review
Abuse, unsafe behavior, applicable community rules and recorded moderation decisions can lead to restricted features or game/community access. Automated checks can be incomplete or mistaken; contact staff or use an available appeal route to request review. A verification success page does not override a separate moderation restriction. Deletion or unlinking is not an automatic unban.
6. AI responses and third-party services
Enabled AI features may send relevant content to OpenAI to produce replies. AI can make mistakes; do not treat it as a promise, a staff decision or professional advice. AI features can be unavailable, limited or disabled. Discord, Roblox, Cloudflare and other service dependencies also have their own terms and may fail or change. We do not ask you to provide your password to the bot or our staff.
7. Privacy and data requests
Our Privacy Policy explains the data used, who can see it, recovery-backup limitations and how to request correction/deletion. A deletion reason is optional and successful verification is not a condition for requesting deletion. Do not misuse support tools to obstruct another person's account or privacy rights.
8. Availability, changes and your rights
Features are provided as available for community operations. We work to resolve faults, but cannot promise uninterrupted service, instant synchronization, error-free AI or any particular reward/outcome outside an expressly stated campaign's rules. Features or access may change for maintenance, safety, platform requirements or misuse. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
We may revise these terms and show the updated date. Continued use is subject to the then-current terms, but a text update does not silently authorize new account permissions or waive privacy rights. For questions or a mistaken restriction, contact Elemental XYZ staff through the ticket system.
